  1. Hello everyone! I graduated from Hunter College's accelerated 2nd degree program in January. Since then I've passed my NCLEX (:)) and (luckily) landed a job on a Pediatric med surge unit. Peds was my first choice, so I'm very happy about it! I was wondering: What advice can you offer to a new graduate nurse ready to begin his first job? ..any Pediatric-specific advice? In your experience are there any peds-specific disorders/procedures/things I should brush up on? Thanks SO much in advance for your time & help!
  2. I just finished the NLN an hour ago! haha My GPA is 3.73 and I got a 148 on the NLN. I'm satisfied! but does anyone know what typical grades hunter looks for?? Good luck to those who haven't taken it yet! This helped me interpret my score btw: https://www.nlnonlinetesting.org/manuals/NLN_PAX_RN_Composite_Percentile_Conversion_Table.pdf
