PhD student in Library and Information Science at Rutgers School of Communication & Information. I am also a clinical researcher for Robert Wood Johnson Medical School - Family Med and Community Health Research. My area of research is the transformation of primary care into patient centered medical homes. I'm really interested in evolving role of care coordinators in primary care.
