Thanks for the input! I am familiar with online learning, I am a grad of the Excelsior ADN program. I really like it b/c I can set my own pace. I also just took a nurse educator position at a surgery center where I work. Hopefully I could do my practicum there as well since we have a lot of new technology and of course ever changing! I will keep updating how i like the program etc... Thanks again - This forum has been a wealth of info for me.

Hi all - I would like more input/advice on Excelsior College MSN program. I was recently accepted. I am pretty excited to start. I guess I am looking for anyone who has taken the program or starting. Any inside scoop would be helpful. I am also now the "super-user" for the systems we use in the OR where I work. We are working with GE Centricity. It works great for Pre/post op and intraop documentation. Also, would if be helpful to do informational interviews with vendors or other companies working in the NI area? I thought I could get a good feel for whats out there as well as places to do an adminstrative practicum for the MSN program when the times comes. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks! Robin
