Hey everyone, First of all let me say how surprised I was that "DesperateRN" user name wasn't taken haha :). Secondly I will be applying to Sharp's new grad program in 2 days, and am kind of confused at their process. 1.Is the residency track offered at the different hospitals? 2. I see people posting on unit specific "residency" positions. I know there is the unit based track, and the residency track. For example, is it like "the residency track in adult health at Sharp Grossmont"? 3. And lastly, has anyone heard which is better to do? It's obviously all super duper competitive (yay!) but I'm curious which people have had success with. Thanks guys!!
