I can't wait to see everyone tomorrow and I plan on using my iPad for notes too.

I got enrolled yesterday and two of the days says TBA. I think we might find out at orientation.

I'm using my old Tread safe shoes (shoes for crews) from when I worked at Panera Bread a little over a year ago. They cleaned up like new and I won't slip lol.

I am taking the CPR class this Friday the 13th as well.

Yeah, I found out about the TB test shortage today too. Also, I got the nursing jacket.

I think I had to buy one book separate but I included that on the price.

I attached a picture with what was inside and you keep the online books forever.

It was a little over $600 and he said it would cost the same buying them by their self but you get e books with all of them this way. It would be about half the price if you just buy the e books but I think I would need a hard copy. I think its the same price because I'm sure some of the books come with the e book automatically but I'm not for sure. Its also convenient.

Yes, I got it from the bookstore and I attached a picture of the e books folder and it has a computer, phone and iPad on the cover so it should work. I haven't tried it yet. Also a great thing about this is at the end of the semester you can sell back the hard copy books but keep the e book version. The guy also said if they plan on using a newer or different book then one that was on the box, I can bring that book back and trade it for the correct one but he said they won't change the books.

Hey, I got my books too but I got all of the required books together in a box and the box comes with digital copies for your computer. I went to the osu okc bookstore and they let you try on the scrubs... I just tried on the top and jacket for sizing. I think the scrub tops run a little small but everything else is true to size. I just check this feed every now and then to see if anything is new.

RNStudentJ- Do they require your shoes to be all leather and all white? Do you recommend any specific types of shoes? I just don't want to get a pair and not be able to use them.

Also the nursing store or scrubs store at quail springs mall give 15% off to OSU OKC students.

I talked to a woman at the book store and she said we had to get the tops because it has a OSU logo but we can get any pants. Does she know what she is talking about?

RNStudent- Do we have to buy the scrub bottoms from the bookstore or do you just suggest it? I'm sure people will answer our questions at orientation but I wanted to get them before that.

I'm going to check out RN to BSN programs this week too.

Wow! That's was actually a huge help for me! Most of the UCO students aren't too fond of their program. I really do think I will choose OSU OKC. My mom even thinks OSU OKC would be a good choice and she graduated from UCO's nursing program. I'm still going to give it time but I think I will be meeting all of you very soon. :)

I get my UCO letter in 2 weeks but I'm really considering OSU-OKC. Do you guys know any current OSU nursing students? And if so, how are they liking the program?

Yes, I received both e-mails. I have never received an e-mail from the nursing advisor before this semester as well. Please tell me what you hear when you call! I was going to call but since you were, I didn't want to bother them. I figure they might be getting a few calls lol. - sorry if my typing is off. I cracked my phone pretty bad and it's hard to see what I type.

Yeah! I had physiology with ------ this summer. I am also an aunt and actually watching her right now! She is 2 months and I am crazy in love with her! Hey, has anyone received an e-mail from ********** addressed to nursing students for spring enrollment? I received one but idk if it's just an e-mail for pre nursing and nursing students.

When I turned in my app at OSU OKC, they told me we would know by the and of October at the latest too.

Hey! I'm having trouble remembering but I'm sure if I saw your face I would know immediately. Man, your teas score is amazing! Everyone on here has amazing scores so it makes me a little nervous lol. I will choose UCO but I heard that OSU OKC provides a better "experience". At least that's what I heard after speaking to both OSU and UCO grads.

We both have about the same points and teas score! I'm nervous too but also hopeful after hearing the average.

I'll post about UCO and OSU OKC when I find out as well. I would be greatfull to go to either one.
