thank you, so what your saying is that since i initially registered to be licensed in NJ, and i took the NCLEX in PA, doesnt mean that i am licensed in PA correct? I will still be licensed in NJ?. Only if i wanted to be licensed in another state i would have to fill out the forms.

'thank you for your response. I really hope your right. also, i just talked to one of my old professors and she was talking about i have to fill out a "reciprocity" form?. would you happen to know what that it? and if i do have to fill that out?

Hello all, I just passed my NCLEX examination last thursday and found out my unofficial results on saturday. I took my Nclex in PA but reside in NJ. Do I have to do anything special in order to work in NJ. I am very confused. Some people are telling me that i have to fill out a form in order to get my license in NJ but i thought that you can take the NCLEX anywhere and still get the license you live in. Can someone please help me with my situation, thank you

option 1 i didnt like because we cannot assume that Mrs. Faud will come with a family family on her next visit. but in muslim culture, they tend to take the adivce of their family member, other relatives and close friends. option 2. i was thinking the right answer because theres an explanation in why she should drop the matter. option 3. Ms. Grimes should explore why she is upset or unhappy. option 4. we cannot assume that she cannot speak english.
