    I need help analyzing an assessment about a patient, and determining her needs in order of priority. Any help would be great! The patient is a 78 y/o female, who has been admitted with pain in her left hip after a fall. She is unable to mover her leg without severe pain. She is apprehensive and scared. There is a bruise on her left arm. She cries out when she tries to move her left leg. I also need appropriate nursing diagnosis from NANDA. Thanks!
