    Yes, you are soooo right! But the climate, beaches, overall beauty and, of course, Disney lures me there every winter!!! So I've probably seen the worst and the best. I've found the Naples area hospitals to be closer to the experiences of being an RN in California and the Northeast....Thanks for the input, I will definitely tell my recruiter "No way"!

    Hi fellow travelers! I'm trying to chose my next assignment. Been travlin' since 2001 and have learned a lot of the in's and out's of finding a good fitting assignment. I've found that listening to your fellow travelers is imperative, soooo, I'm hoping to get some really good input as to the working conditions, parking, living arrangements, ect. associated with Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami....Thanks in Advance, MphisRN
