Im a TECH in a hospital. It is sort of the same thing as a CNA you just have to be in nursing school and have taken at least one clinical. Anyway, my advice is if you haven't already, is to actually go up to the hospital and try to speak with someone in human resources. I applied for my job online twice, and I never received a callback. If you just go there, they can see your face and it will not be easy for them to blow you off like they could over the phone. Im sure you already know but just dress professionally like you really want the job even though you may not get an interview that day. I see people make the mistake of wearing jeans when trying to fill out applications. In my opinion, that does not look good. Sorry for all the extra info but I hope it helps.
