  1. Crohn's and other health problems and getting into school

    HopefulStudentRN2014 posted a topic in Pre-Nursing Students
    This is my 3rd time applying to college for nursing. I think I may get in this time but I wanted to know if having Crohn's and previous bouts of cancer will prevent me from being accepted. I know I have to have a physical exam done. Is it possible to be turned down because of this? I haven't asked anyone at the college because I don't want to tell them if I don't have to. Thank you for your input.
