Hi everyone, I recently graduated from an ADN program in Maryland... I do not have abackground in health care and this is my first degree... I've filled out over 50applications and have gotten the same response" you will not be movingforward in the interview process". I asked friends and family to look at my resume but haven't gotten any helpful advicebecause they are not in the health care field or they just haven't responded atall. I'm so disheartened; I quit my job so I could finish school. I've wantedto be a nurse for as long as I can remember. I just don't know what I'm doingwrong or how to sell myself in such a competitive market. Below is the resume I'vesubmitted and I am hoping someone can please tell me how to fix it so I can at least get aninterview. Thank you so much for your honesty and feedback.
