So no letter, I contacted them and was informed I didn't get in. Bummer! I'm ok though, I did get into CSU San Marcos ABSN program so at least I have my back up plan! Congrats again, everyone! We are on our way to being RNs!!!

Soo I didn't get anything today either. I called and was told they were physically mailed out Thursday so if I didn't get it today, wait for tomorrow. And for sure if I don't receive something by end of the week to call her back. Ahh, I just want to know already... Sorry totally venting.

I checked and didn't receive anything today. My friend that interviewed with us got her letter today. She was admitted.

I know me too, but I guess they were serious about no emails this time. grr!!

Hi everyone! So the anticipation was killing me and I decided to call the admissions office. I was told that the letters have been sent out!!! I was so excited though that I didn't ask what date they were sent out, doh! Hopefully it arrives today or tomorrow. Just thought I would let you know.

How is everyone holding up with the waiting process? I don't think I have ever checked my mailbox as religiously as I have been for the past few days. hahahaha!! random question.. did they only have two interview sessions for this summer cohort?

Forgot to mention that six people didn't show up yesterday, so crazy!

Hey guys! Interviews went smoothly today. The staff and faculty are so caring! My group was also amazing. Gosh I bet it's going to be so hard for them to decide. They told us the same info, admission letters will be mailed about the first week of April. Could be sooner or later. Good luck everyone! Please post if you hear anything.

Hi AspiringNurse 99! Congrats on the interview! I know they make you take some theology courses the first term before beginning any actual nursing courses. I believe it is 3 classes that we would take this summer. But I heard that's about it for religion. Philosophy/Theology (6 units) – Students will be enrolled in these classes after acceptance and must be completed prior to enrolling in nursing core classes. Bioethics (3 units) – to be completed at CUI after acceptance Welp, see you March 11th!

I just got an email for an interview for March 11!! Woo hoooo!

Congrats to everyone that got in! I didn't make it in with my 27 points so I was told if I didn't want to retake any classes, to retake my TEAS and that's the quickest way to boost my points. My application will be considered for Fall 2014 so at least I don't have to apply again.... Still waiting to hear back from other programs as well but in the meantime back to studying for me. Well enjoy your time off before school starts!

Bigota2014 - Don't be discouraged! I know how you feel, I applied to CSU Long Beach twice and that was a no go. It is so competitive to get into these programs! Hopefully this time around will be your chance though! I made sure to apply to a lot more schools this time so I have a greater chance of being accepted somewhere for this summer or fall. I feel like I already wasted too much time, doh! Well good luck!

@fattyacids I am in the same situation as you. When I submitted my app in October, I had completed all required pre-core with the exception of the in residence UD units. We will not receive a second eval. I contacted my advisor back in November and he said I just needed to wait til early February to hear about a decision. Almost that time!! Good luck everyone!!
