Hi, I've started my first nursing job and besides learning from my preceptor, are there any awesome websites to learn from at home? I'm feeling overwhelmed, and I would like to learn as much as I can when I'm at home, in a lower stress environment.

I'm in tele, so rhythms and meds would be favorable.

Thanks for doing this! I have my ATI pharm next week Friday. Do you think it's possible to get a lvl 2 if I use your flash cards? There's so many meds. I'm not sure which is the most effective method in preparing myself.
