  1. https://www.tcc.fl.edu/current/helpdesk/Pages/default.aspx This is the link they have up as a help desk. Maybe you could try resolving it over the phone before going to the main campus. Do you have a working e-mail account? If so, try that name coupled with your birth year as a password. I think that's the default password when you're first logging in. It was years ago when I set mine up, so this info may be outdated.
  2. Thank you both for replying, I can stop worrying now! ggoodman, I'm not having any issues logging in, but I don't have any courses up yet.
  3. Sorry to repeat myself, but did anyone receive information on when/where to arrive on Monday? The only type of scheduling information I have is the eaglenet schedule, which still has TBAs, from when I registered.
  4. Hey guys, I went by the bookstore today to try and find some information about these Smeltzer boxes, these magical boxes that cannot be opened. I wasn't able to find out much, but I was able to find out that these two texts are inside: Medical-Surgical Nursing, 12e, SmeltzerSpark's and Taylor's Nursing Diagnosis Reference Manual, 9e If anyone knows more, please post!
  5. From what I understand, we will not be receiving our actual schedules until this coming Monday. Anyone aware of how we will know our schedule for that Monday? Does Blackboard go up midnight on Monday?
  6. I was just remembering what SaraEC said about them upgrading the edition a few posts back, and not having the information all together yet. My friend who is graduating this semester showed me her book from Concepts, and it was at least 5 inches thick. She said that it was used quite a bit and it would be strange if we didn't need one. You could definitely be right though. I haven't contacted any of the staff about this.
  7. I really wish they would list the textbook for Concepts before prices start getting outrageous. I've noticed book prices already increasing :/
  8. I'm hoping so. It's easy for any little complication to stress me out with this. I sent a long e-mail to Mrs. Douglas, didn't know who else to contact. I mean, I could easily see how it would be diluted, I've been drinking a lot of gatorade and water because of fevers and a sore throat. Plus I just drink a lot on any given day. We'll see. Hopefully this is no big deal.
  9. Okay, so I got my results for my lab screening. Can someone please tell me if they have any knowledge on a dilute negative? I have had the flu for the last half of the week and I have indeed been consuming a lot of fluids. I am officially freaking out. Does anyone know if I could retest? Any past experiences?
  10. I thought that was strange too. A friend of mine who is graduating this semester said that her class had books for Concepts for all 4 semesters. I'm going to call tomorrow and see what's up.
  11. Ahh I don't remember, but that does sound vaguely familiar. Call Ghazvini! They've been really helpful with the questions I've had so far.
  12. Measles (Rubeola) -There must be documentation of one of the following: • 2 vaccinations • Positive antibody titer (lab report required) Mumps -There must be documentation of one of the following: • 2 vaccinations • Positive antibody titer (lab report required) Rubella -There must be documentation of one of the following: • 2 vaccinations • Positive antibody titer (lab report required) Varicella (Chicken Pox) -There must be documentation of one of the following: • 2 vaccinations • Positive antibody titer (lab report required) Hepatitis B -There must be documentation of one of the following: • 3 vaccinations • Positive antibody titer (lab report required) • Declination waiver TB Skin Test -There must be documentation of one of the following: • 1 step TB Skin test • QuantiFERON Blood Test (lab report required) • If positive results, provide a clear Chest X-Ray (lab report required) AND TB Questionnaire
  13. That's awesome! Thanks for the info :) Has anyone decided on a CPR course? It seems that there is a huge price gap between the course that Southeastern offers versus the American Red Cross (limited) courses that I found.
  14. Has anyone paid for their urine analysis yet? Trying to get a handle on all of the costs so that I can space them out accordingly. That being said, does anyone have plans for working through the semesters? I'm kind of depressed with the idea of quitting my job and taking out loans. Priorities, priorities.. Also, ggoodman, did the deadline get updated? The last notification I got said Nov. 25. Extra time would be greatly appreciated lol
