if you are working as a CNA they had no reason to have asked you for your license. Make sure they don't have it! Because if something happens they will throw you under the bus and say you are an LVN not CNA.

So we recently had to evaluate our supervisors and managers. Reviews were supposed to be submitted anonymously. The manager upset requested our supervisor to collect all the reviews and give to him. Because that was his job on the line ! He was very upset after reviewing some if them, and demanded to know who's writing they belong to. He used bad language, so upset.... That some of us took our papers out of the envelope that was just recently submitted. Intimidated that he would recognize our writing! Should I even bring this up to corporates attention or ignore it???????
