  1. Try children's always hiring new grads, and OSU. OSU is getting ready to open new department, they have started hiring in preparation for that.
  2. This is my first post here. I used allnurses throughout nursing school and I am still here. I graduated last year with my BSN. I live in Columbus, I filled out applications with all the major hospital, NWCH, OSU and Ohiohealth at first, I have an interview few weeks later with NWCH and grant, didn't get it.. So i started applying everywhere, Btn the four hospital including mount Carmel health system nothing. However, I knew somebody working at OSU and they started asking around for me and handing out my application in two weeks I got an interview., thank God. Initially it was going to be a panel interview, but when I got there, got my finger prints done and The recruiter walked me to the nursing manager. the manager was so nice. She started telling me about the schedule and benefits, I was like I GOT this. The hiring process wasn't bad at all. I send a thank you email to the recruiter thanking her and my strong interest in the position and walking me down to the nursing manager office. I sent a thank you card to the nursing manager also. They contacted me about references and they really check them thoroughly, they couldn't get some of my initial people and allowed me to replaced them. After a week I wasn't hearing anything so I called the nursing manager and left a voicemail within few hours I got an OFFER.. Yayyyy
