Hi, Not in school, employed as a LPN, content is writing a solid nursing progress note, and not sounding like a summary. Any suggestions?

Sorry All, Been out of circulation, but I did finally PASSED THE NCLEX-PN on October 2013, Very greatful to my higher power and those that helped me regroup my mind. Now in a different mode of Pratical Nursing, working in the position!!!!!!!!! Will be in touch.

tmarienurse - did the 50 to 100 questions for seven weeks, sometimes twice a day before the exam, that is why it is so hurtful at this time. Cause I really worked/studied. Thank you for your support.

Can some one help me here, I tried the PVT and it showed "Delivery Successful" then it stated results on hold. Can someone be so kind to give some in site to the picture. Very Distraught!!!!!!
