    hi i am a nurse from india and currently residing in california.i applied for ces last september and sent all the transcipt and licensure certificate from india.but recently i got a mail from cgfns saying my documents were incomplete due to some signature and seal.so they are waiting forthe documents from the approppriate authority to complete the process by september 14 2014 .why they r giving a time line like this and if they will collect the information or do i have to do something for this plz help
