  1. Where across the bay do you live?? I live in Berkeley and might drive for the first month or two..
  2. Oh my gosh I got in also!!!!!! I just finished two job interviews today and when I walked out I had a missed call from USF!!! Edit-- I also just requested to join the Facebook group!
  3. Ah!! Congratulations :) did they call you?
  4. Has anybody from the waitlist heard anything?
  5. For those of you waitlisted... Are you going to forward your application to the possible Southern California cohort? I think I'm going to email USF today and ask for more information about it.
  6. @Phillycakes Ah! I wonder if I'm also waitlisted because our online portals looked similar. Does it say your number on the waitlist or does it just say you're waitlisted?
  7. Ahhh congratulations guys !! :) Mine still says submitted, and to be reviewed after the deadline. I'm getting anxious!
  8. @futurenurseshelly I'm sorry, but like you said... everything will work out :) I've already been brainstorming ideas if I don't get accepted into a school. I wonder if this means they're finalizing decisions and sending out mail this week? Or maybe acceptance letters will be coming soon and they're figuring out the waitlist right now?
  9. Speaking of waitlists... Didn't like everyone from the waitlist last year make it in? I think I remember reading that from a previous thread.
  10. @annemarreb Same, she was emailing me as well. I don't think we should look too much into it. Maybe she was responsible for checking our pre-reqs and our group has ------------- in charge of emailing our decisions out. You never know!
  11. Mine still says no decision as well... I'm really hoping we find out this week though!

  13. Mine also just says submitted. I wonder if calls are going out tomorrow bc last year calls went out Friday around 5pm.
  14. I work part time at UC Berkeley and we're not closed this week for spring break (but I definitely took time off to relax during break!!) However, we're on the semester system and not on the quarter system-- not sure if that matters or not. Either way, I'd bet admissions would probably want a day or two off from reviewing applications so I'm not going to expect to hear anything until mid-April.
  15. I hope it's through email because I'll be out of town the last week of March and my mailbox isn't that secure. If rejections aren't posted online by Monday (because then I'll assume decisions have been made and acceptances/waitlists will go out that week), I was going to email and ask the SON how/when we would be notified, just in case.
  16. Out of curiosity, which class was it?? That's such good news they were able to accept it :) and it's good that they're reviewing applications now. Crossing my fingers well find out beginning of April!
  17. Yeah the waitlist is pretty long. When I asked, I was told the waitlist is 50 people.
  18. @bmori, lol same. I don't know how I feel either. And @emzie25, I applied for FNP.
  19. I just got an email and I'm wait listed. Better than rejected though! Do you guys know how far back they go on the wait list?
  20. Wow, well... I really hope we hear sooner than the last week of March! If we're waitlisted or accepted, would we also be notified through email? My spring break is the last week of March, and I'd hate to miss the letter or have it get lost.
  21. I applied for FNP and was told that we'd hear back before March 1st
  22. Nope. I've been checking my email and phone obsessively... it's actually kind of ridiculous.
  23. uclatrueblue -- Oh no! How many completed letters do you have? When I went to the info session, they said that they only want to see two letters of rec... so even if you submit three, chances are they'll just read the first two. If you only have one letter, hopefully your other recommender can quickly come up with something and send it to their office? I'm not sure. Good luck!
