What is the average time to start a pt. It takes me about 2 hrs and I use the oasis page by page. Others tell me they do it in an hour, others tell me they don't use the oasis in front of the pt, but rather fill it out after the visit.

My reg visits run 40 min even if all goes well. Is this too long? I can be done earlier but they want ro seem to gab

Chicago, I was offered 70 SOC, 60 recert, 50 visits. Can't remember dc. No mileage. But I took another job @ 70 SOC and recert, 45 all else. No mileage.

I thought granulation was for stage 2 and up bc stage one is intact skin
