  1. I am trying to remain patient thorugh this whole ordeal. Why did you all apply to GU?
  2. I thought I was the only one who check every 2 seconds. I am getting the same feeling as well. I do not think I can go another week without knowing. There was another webinar scheduled this past Tuesday. So my guess would be there were only 2 unless there is another wave. I wonder why it takes so long. The apps were in 8/1 and that is about 2 months. LOL. I guess it would depend on the colume applications and their resources. In any case, fingers crossed for tomorrow!!!
  3. My cousin is actually in the fall cohort and she says the shuttle will not get you to class in time if you have a class at 8am. Also some of the clinic sites are not accessible by public transit.
  4. I am getting heart palpitations waiting for this. I would like to know either way at this point. It makes me so anxious. I check this board like every day to see if anyone has heard anything. Please post if you do! I actually don't know maybe that might make me more nervous if I have not heard anything. I thought the webinar was extrememely helpful. People asked alot of good questions. I wish it were longer so I could pick their brains some more. I had so many questions. I wonder how large the applicant pool is... In any case, good luck to everyone!
  5. I received an email regarding the webinar as well. This process is nerve racking!
  6. I did finish my prereqs. Congrats! Did you apply to the Master's program or the Accelerated program?
  7. I live in MD. I am about 30 mins from DC. DC can be pricey but if you are open to having a roommate it might not be so bad. You also can try to find a place in MD or VA and drive to campus. Does American have an accelerated program? I didn't even know they had a nursing program. I might have to check that out! Are you applying to any other programs? I heard that there are less applicants as well. I cannot wait to hear back! I am so anxious. I hope to get in! I have visited. It is a great campus the only downfall is that is not near the metro.
  8. I know me too! I thought no one applied!
  9. I believe we will hear back by late Sept or early October. That is what it looks like on the schedule.
  10. I took most of my pre-reqs at PGCC. I would highly recommend taking Imholtz for AP I/II. It is hard, but you will walk away with alot of information. HE is great at helping you remember things. He is an awesome teacher. I am taking Reproduction Biology with Moore-Crawford right now.
  11. Hi everyone! I am new to posting. I am currently in the process of re-applying to GW after being waitlisted for the Spring cohort. The admissions counselor was very helpful with the application process and encouraged me to re-apply. Is there anyone else who is applying for the Spring cohort? Anyone who is re-applying? Could anyone tell me about how they have enjoyed GW and what made them choose GW?
  12. Hi everyone! I submitted my application for Georgetown's ABSN program. Has anyone else applied?
