  1. Thank you for the input. I guess, like most specialties, I just need to try and get that first break. How do you like case management?
  2. I am currently working as a field RN/case manager in home health care and really think I would like to try case management in a hospital setting or with an insurance company. I have submitted several applications to both and tweaked my resume, but so far no interviews...Are there any classes I can take that might give me an edge? Did any of you find it difficulty to get into the field? I have an ADN, and am playing with the idea of going back to school for my BSN. Really looking to get out of direct patient care.
