  1. Hey sweetmom! sorry I havent kept in touch lately, my email got deleted. Anyways, I also got into the LPN program and I start spring 2006. I decided that it will be faster that way too if I decide to do RN later because RN has a waiting list that is 1-2 yrs wait. Plus, I could work as a LPN while doing my RN. I took my NET too, it wasn't that hard. The reading one was the one that got to me though, that part was tougher than what I expected. Well, are you thinking about doing RN or LPN now?

Thanks! Im very exciting but nervous. Is it pretty hard?? what can I expect? if you dont mind telling me. :)
  3. Today I came home all exhausted, went to the table and saw a letter from my school. I thought it was some financial aid thing, but when I opened it, I got an acceptance letter to the Practical Nursing program! I am soooo excited :) I start next spring 2006. This is such a relief because I thought I had to wait until June 10 to find out if I got accepted or not. Sorry guys I just want to let this out hehe. YAY!
  4. But everyone is different, and some people like going to a vocational better :) Good luck ! :)
  5. Hey there, the thing I dont like about vocational school is that the credits won't transfer. Like if you took English, Psychology, Math, etc. I went to a vocational school after high school and my recent school that I go to now which is a community college, didn't accept any credits except Medical Terminology. Plus, it is more expensive if it is a private school.
  6. Hi! No I dont have Aim, I do have msn :)
  7. Hi sweetmom, is it basic math? I am not so good at that haha. I am trying to apply for next spring 2006 which starts january 06. I am taking my test in 2 weeks. and yes, I am a mom too! I just had a baby december 2004 and now I am back in school again.
  8. Hey thanks for replying :) did you use that study guide to study for the NET?? Is it pretty much like the test? I think I am going to get it.
  9. Hi everyone, I am new here. I am a college student persuing in LPN. I am taking my NET test in 2 weeks in order to get into the LPN program, and I was wondering if any of you nurses have bought the NET study guide on http://www.eriworld.com ?? they have one and I was wondering if it's worth it before taking the test.. I am very nervous, please reply back. Thanks a lot!
