I attend Resurrection University -- Ask me your questions!
Hello, first of all thank you for doing this thread. If you are able to get this, how hard was it to get in at resurrection U? Is it easier for you to get in if you work at any of the Presence Health Hospitals?

UIC Nursing Program 2014
Hello everyone, I can really use some help here. For the past year I been really focusing on what school to attend for nursing. At first I had my heart set for Rush University for the Direct Entry Master's (MSN) for Non-Nurses: Generalist Entry Master's With a Focus in Clinical Leadership (GEM), however I was not 100% percent convince that I wanted to go there. Second choice was DePaul graduate program for Nursing MENP but reading some of the threads on allnurses did not convince me to go there either. So I narrowed it down to one choice and that is UIC BSN for Nursing. I already have a bachelors in fine arts. So that is why I was looking into graduate schools, but after doing my research I decided to go to UIC. My question that I have is, How hard is it to get it? I have some medical experience (receptionist/Patient Representative) and I am going to volunteer in some hospitals, but what more should I do. This would be my second bachelors but my intention is to get a BSN then doing 3 more semesters to get my MNP. That's my goal. Can anyone help me with this ????
