Hi there! I just got a call back from St. Davids for an interview for their New Grad Residency, and I wanted to ask you what your thoughts on St. David's were. What was your impression of the hospital and staff? What was the interview like (clinical questions vs. personal questions), and what was the result (did you get the job?). Also, if you are now living in Austin, how do you like it?

Hello! I'm a new grad RN who has been applying all over Austin and just got a call back for an interview from St. David's in Austin about the New Grad Residency. The position is pretty much my dream job (L&D) and I'm really hoping I get it. Does anyone have experience working at St. David's or lives in Austin and can tell me what it's like? Anything would be greatly appreciated, I've never been to Austin before but hear it's great!
