    Hi Esme12, I am a new grad living in the greater Boston area and I'm at my wits end trying to find a job. I've applied to many, if not all, of the hospitals you've mentioned here with no response. Do you have any tips/tricks for getting noticed by these guys? I'm sorry to intrude but you really seem to know your stuff so I figured it couldn't hurt to ask!
