  1. I received my AA from a different community college a few years ago. and then I decided that I wanted to become a nurse. Since last year I have been going to a different community college to complete my prerequisite courses such as micro, and anatomy. I am planning to sign-up for the nursing program this fall semester. But I recently found out that the community college is not accredited. It lost it's accreditation a few years ago. However, the nursing program is accredited by: National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC). I was wondering, how will it affect me? are my science courses not valid? and will it prevent me from getting my nursing degree. Also, I am planning to get my Masters, will taking the science courses in a non-accredited college affect me, even though the nursing program is accredited?
