Hello, i'm moving from Illinois to arizona in a couple months, i want to get ahead of the game and apply to nursing schools now, so by the time i have resided in arizona for a year, i will be ready to attend (im choosing to wait a year since out of state tuition is so costly compared to one year of waiting). I have my associates degree under my belt, it is simply in gen ed with the planned major of nursing. (i'm looking to get into a BSN program) My curiosity and questions are: Do any of you know of any arizona colleges, preferably around the Sun City/Phoenix area, that are lenient when it comes to admission? (i.e. gpa wise, not extremely competitive where i'll never get in, etc) Is the school accredited? (will i be able to likely obtain a position at a hospital?) PLEASE, PLEASE help me! i have never had to deal with out of state questions when it comes to figuring out if courses will transfer and what schools are lenient in a different area.
