I will be in the PMHNP program too and I believe it's mainly online. However, I haven't been able to find too much about the program so if you receive any helpful information through your contact with them I'd love to hear!

@Elimy510, I submitted most of my documents a few weeks ago; however, my reference letters were sent last week. Did you end up receiving confirmation that they received all of your documents? Crossing my fingers for you and everyone else!! :)

Hello! My recommenders didn't end up sending their letters until last week as well. I am hoping it won't impact us and that the College of Nursing receives them in time. Also, I'm not sure if they notify us when they receive everything but I hope so!

Hello! UCF actually doesn't offer the specialty I want so I didn't apply there. Did you apply to UF as well?

I'm curious as well. I'm also wondering what the curriculum changes are that they've mentioned on the website.

No worries! I do not believe there is another thread for UF Fall 2015. I was surprised too but maybe people will start to post once the deadline passes.

Thank you for all the replies! So when did most of you apply? I know after March 15 they only accept applications on a space available basis but how early do you recommend? If I won't have my BSN until August I'm afraid if I apply too early my application may seem "weak" since I won't have as much coursework, grades, clinical work, etc. under my belt.

Okay, thanks!! 1). Does anyone know if they prefer you to have prior experience before applying? I would like to go straight from my BSN program to their program unless they prefer otherwise. 2). If they don't mind lack of experience, can you apply before you've even graduated from the BSN program/taken the NCLEX? I won't graduate until next Summer (2015) so I'm trying to figure out if I'd be allowed to apply for Fall 2015 or if I'd have to wait until Fall 2016. 3). Anyone know what the class sizes are? How many apply/they accept? I'm interested in the PMHNP track. Any other recommendations? I would greatly appreciate any information :) Sorry for all the questions, thanks again!!

Hello! Good luck to all of you waiting to hear back from UF! I'm currently in a BSN program at UCF and my ultimate goal is to attend UF's BSN-DNP program. However, I have a few questions about the process and need some advice on a few things. I don't want to spam your board since I'm not a fall applicant but was wondering if anyone would be willing to e-mail/message/chat with me because I'm not sure how to get in contact with any current UF DNP students. I'm not sure, they called my old house phone and my mom answered. By the time I was able to call them back the office was already closed so I'm just worried and hoping nothing is wrong. Guess I'll have to wait until Monday to see what they needed.

I never heard about that either. Hope I'm on there... Did anyone receive a confirmation email when they RSVP'd? I haven't heard anything since I sent it and just hoping they got it
