  1. Congratulations you guys!
  2. Correct, it says that it is a conditional acceptance offer. Basically, do whatever it is they need you to do and you'll be good to go. :)
  3. I'm in! !!! My hands are shaking so much right now! !
  4. 9 minutes and counting. ..
  5. Yea you're telling me. I've gotten no work done in the last hour from spamming the refresh button on my email.
  6. How do you know? Did they send you an email?
  7. Hahaha nice. Half way through the day and I've only checked my email 10 times!
  8. You were up until 4 this morning? Lol I was waking up for work at that time
  9. Yes, I personally believe that the 351 is everyone who applied, whether they qualified or not. Then they went through and sent out rejection emails to everyone except those 155, of which, 133 accepted and the other 22 did not for whatever reason.
  10. Ugh it took me an additional 2 hours to get to sleep last night from thinking about all of this. I'm sitting here at my desk half awake as I see people pulling into the parking lot of the nursing school. One...more...day...zzz...
  11. One more day guys...technically a little more, but whose counting...oh wait, we all are! Going to try and force myself to sleep tonight
  12. Lol nice cover photo.
  13. You or stephfutureRN06 can make it, but I'm going to wait on joining a page in case, for whatever reason, I don't get in (but hopefully that won't happen).
  14. In hindsight I should have asked how large this upcoming class is supposed to be (although, looking at past classes, it tends to fluctuate in size) so that there's a specific number we're looking at. Also I should have asked if the other set of rejection emails are being sent en masse at the same time as the acceptance emails or if they're going alphabetically. ...Someone call them before they close today! I'm at home now lol
  15. Ok I went and spoke with the lady at the front desk, who said that nothing had gone out yet (which I asked about because people are obviously getting emails). Brandy herself came out from over hearing us and spoke with me. She said that the rejection emails for all *non qualifying* applicants have gone out. She said that hundreds of people apply but the vast majority of them " don't know what they're doing " when they apply and do it anyways. Right now they are going through and looking at all of the *qualifying* applicants (us) and ranking us to see who will still get in and who won't because they're low on the list, etc. I told her that I was one of those who hasn't received anything yet, to which she said that that was a good thing. So we all qualify, it seems, but there is still the possibility of being turned down. It's like there are are 2 sets of rejection emails and the first set has gone out already. Hope that clears some of this stuff up. They did say though that April 1 is the day we are to hear by.
  16. Hahaha, you guys are funny. Ok I'll head over there now and see what I can get. I imagine though they'll tell me the same thing as over the phone.
  17. I'm at University Hospital right now, so I can physically walk over there and ask if you guys think that'd help at all.
  18. April Fool's Day too, go figure.
  19. Oh my goodness...I was walking out of class and got this huge surge in my gut from that, hahaha...ahhh man.
  20. For some reason, I'm actually pretty chill about today. Maybe I've just lost it or something. 7:00 AM...2 hours til they open.
  21. Oh yea I forgot about that... In which case my GPAs are probably different. Bleh, forget it. I'm not going to really worry about how good or bad it is. It's a little late to be doing anything about it now anyways.
  22. Wow, lots of activity since yesterday afternoon. Welcome to the new people! My overall GPA and match/science GPAs aren't as high because I was sick a lot and I was a slacker when I first started school back in '07, and..well...we've gotta include everything we've ever taken, which bugs me to no end, because those C's back in the day come back and hit you hard, but here's what I've got: Overall GPA: 3.26 Math/science GPA: 3.19 TEAS: 89.4 Since I've been back in school (Fall '13), I've been getting A's in all my pre-reqs, so...that helps. Don't think I'd even be this far if I hadn't done as well as I have been.
  23. He didn't mention about anything being missing from his application, so I dunno...
  24. The only things I can recall him having were a "C" in Micro and something like a mid 70 on the TEAS. I don't know how well he did in his other courses.
  25. Sorry for the double post, but I met up with a friend of mine who applied to this coming Fall too, and he said he heard back with a rejection email as well, but apparently, he was turned down because his grades weren't good enough or something. So, I'm wondering if they're sending out these emails for both incompleteness and lack of adequate GPAs/TEAS scores? I thought they had sent them out for just the former reason.
