  1. No, this was an electronic order so the N&T was selected from a group of options, this was not my patient and unfortunately I didn't get back to asking the nurse if she ever got a clarification, just thought somebody on here might know.
  2. I have a question about an order for neuro checks for one of the patients on our floor. The order is for Neuro Checks N&T QID. The "N&T QID" is all one selection for the frequency of the neuro checks, they are not put in separately by the ordering physician. We all know the QID part, it's the N&T part that we are unsure of. I have utilized my good friend, Google, and have a couple ideas "numbness & tingling" or perhaps "now & today". I am leaning towards now & today because I don't see why numbness and tingling would be part of a "frequency" selection instead of under a "reason" selection. Has anybody else seen this in an order before and knows for sure what it means?
  3. I just took my NCLEX, and I felt pretty good afterwards. I finished after taking the minimum 75 questions and I thought it was easier than all the practice exams I took. I hadn't heard of the "Pearson Vue Trick" to see if you passed after the results have been delivered. So I decided to try it, and instead of getting the good pop up message, I was continued forward to make a payment for another exam I looked everywhere and so far I can only find instances of the Pearson Vue Trick being foolproof, and now I feel extremely deflated and depressed knowing that this is a foolproof sign that I have failed. Please, is there anyone that has done the Pearson Vue trick and gotten the same result but still passed? I need some kind of hope.
