  1. Hi Nursehopeful2193, I'm sorry that you are having a tough time with your clinical instructor. First off, if you are doing good in all of your classes, clinicals and the hospital staff like you then you are going in the right direction. Always keep trying to push yourself each day and learn something new. I used to get knots in my stomach as well when I did my clinicals. Try some deep breathing exercises or even just a few sets of simple exercises to burn off some of that anxious energy. Remember that your preceptors are there with you and don't want to see you fail. How you perform in clinicals is also a reflection of their nursing practice and they want to teach you good practice. As far as your clinical instructor they should be giving positive feedback but also critical feedback on performance improvement. If you are not the only one being singled out and bullied then as a group I would go to the clinical director and bring up the issue so that it can be corrected. If they don't know about it, they cannot fix it. Had a similar situation in nursing school and a group of us nipped it in the butt ASAP.

  3. Yes, every semester they will make the acceptance phone calls first and then send out the acceptance and rejection letters.
  4. I scored over a 90 on my HESI, but on the calculation sheet I had a little over an 87 composite score.
  5. That is what I heard as well. What is your name, so I know who i am talking to on signing day.
  6. I received my phone call around 2:15 pm today. So excited and relieved. My signing is on the 30th at 9am. Congrats to those who got in and good luck to those who still haven;t received their call yet. Don't give up hope yet.
