Hi CBOZZ525- I'm not able to private message you for some reason. so ya, I figured we won't be eligible for grants. I already received my information packet. You should be getting yours soon. It wasn't very informative in terms of financial aid either. I'm looking for room shares/subleases for now because I live out of state and I don't feel comfortable putting a deposit or making a commitment for an apartment I haven't seen in person yet. Also, my husband and I are very new to the leasing world so we wanna make sure we know what we're getting ourselves into before signing anything. A room share/sublease would be ok until we get settled with moving there. I heard I should stay away from Aurora, so now I'm looking at areas like Lakewood, LoDo (which looks really expensive), and Park Hill. Any good/safe places you know I can get in the $700s?

any one who got accepted having trouble finding housing? I am! I'm looking for subleases/room shares for my husband and I but there is little to no one accepting! arghhh. help!!

Hi CBOZZ525, what did you find out at the information session? I live out of state so I'm not able to attend any of those. As far as financial aid, I know we're not eligible for Pell grants, and I heard scholarships are pretty much gone for next semester. Any idea on how you'll be paying your tuition? anyone know if you didn't get an email, that means you're not accepted? or would they have still sent an email saying you're not accepted?

Hi Colorado Hopeful, I am super nervous about the interview! At least you know what to expect already! About how many questions do you think they asked you? Any weird questions you remember that they asked? And I think you mentioned before that the interview lasts about an hour? That correct? Gosh, I wish they gave us a cheat sheet to prepare with!

How do you know which group you're in and the time of day you'll be interviewing? The last email I got was a map of the area and what to expect kind of info.

I think I read earlier in the thread that the interviews were with 2 faculty + 1 nursing student and about 4-5 prospective students lasting about 1 hours. Was that true for you guys? And do you remember any of the questions they might have asked you? Were they more conventional (ex. why do you want to go to this school) or critical thinking type questions (ex. if you were in this situation, what would you do)? I feel like if I say something about me being there in spite of the financial difficulty or whatever reason, it might sound like they should be grateful for my presence there.

Hi All, I applied for the SPR2014 cohort and just got the invitation for the interview today! I'm really excited and nervous at the same time. I live in HI so I'm kinda hoping they'll allow a Skype interview but I highly doubt they will. Anyone else got their invite for the interview? Anyone have a guess what percentage of those interviewed actually get accepted? AHHHHH, I'm so nervous! Oh, and does anyone know of a good cheap hotel near the school? I'm trying to plan my trip and don't know anything about the area. I was planning on using the local bus as transportation to the airport, hotel, and school.
