  1. CHOP hiring process

    Hello! Has anyone applied to CHOP primary care offices and been turned down? Went on two interviews at two separate locations amd have another interview at another location lined up. The first location brought me back for a day to shadow a nurse same age as me with no experience before getting this job. She has an associate degree. Of course there is nothing wrong with this but I have a bsn and a little over 6 months medsurg/tele nursing experience and have been turned down 3 times by them. I got as far as submitting references and background check the last time and then was turned down again only for a recruiter to call me the next day about another position I applied for. Do they think im over qualified? I dont get it!! Any ideas as to whats wrong with me or why I am being passed over time and time again? Thinking of giving up on this endeavor!!! Any advice is appreciated.
