Nurse in need of direction!
Thank you both so much for your tips and encouragement. I agree that confidence is key and I should probably brush up on a few things. Thanks again and I will keep you both in my prayers!

Nurse in need of direction!
Hello all. 3 weeks ago, I started a GN residency program at the hospital I have been an employee of for 4 years (my nursing school career). The residency program has been incredible- from the preceptorship to the managers to the patients. Last week, however, I feel as though all of that came crumbling down when I failed the NCLEX. I took all 265 questions and was an absolute wreck by the time I was finished. Luckily, I am able to hold on to my residency program, it will just be postponed until I pass boards. But now, I feel lost. I don't know where and how to start my life and study regimen back up and do what it takes to pass boards. I was basically doing 50-100 questions/day from my Kaplan Q-trainer. I own Saunders and I am willing to pay and study whatever it takes to pass NCLEX the second time around and never have to think about it ever again can anyone offer any assistance or help on test-taking strategies, what to study/how to study, etc.? Any input would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!

Help with 2013 Hesi exit exam
Hello! I am a nursing student who was set to graduate on June 9th, 2013. In order to officially graduate, my school requires us to pass the Hesi exit exam. Unfortunately, I did not pass the Hesi the first time I tried taking it (I missed the cut-off by about 60 points). This really took me by surprise because I was a very good student throughout all of my nursing classes. Since then (it has been about 2.5 weeks) I have been doing mostly Saunders review with the areas I did weakest in, and recently started using yourbestgrade.com. I am scheduled to retake the exam this coming Tuesday the 25th and I'm not sure what to think. I am confident because I am doing very well with Saunders, and so-so with the hesi study review website I mentioned earlier. We get 3 chances to take the test but I want to make this the LAST time I ever take the Hesi again. I was told I am going to be taking Hesi Version 3. Does anyone have any other study tips or pointers to help me feel like I am going to pass?mN and all advice would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
