  1. I've been working as an RN in Boston for the past 5 years (mostly in critical care). I will be graduating this May with an Adult Acute / Gero NP degree. I was wondering if there are any new grad NP's working in Boston who can give me a good idea of what I'll be making when / if I find my first job! If you could tell me the following things I would really appreciate it: 1. What was your hourly rate as a new grad NP 2. Was the rate at all dependent on how long you had practiced as an RN 3. What type of setting do you work in? 4. Do you like your job? Why or Why not? 5. And finally do you feel as though you were adequately prepared to work as an NP right out of school? Thanks!!!!
