  1. hello! i was accepted. :) my overall gpa was a 3.29 when I applied, it is now a 3.4 my science gpa is a 4.0 and my overall hesi score is a 92% dont worry! :)
  2. I honestly think that they have some lottery they pull from to pick people. But in any case, I would take it again. Even if the hesi really doesn't matter and it's a lottery, it's better for you to work on your knowledge of A&P. :) good luck!
  3. To newly accepted students, we have. Meetup scheduled in two weeks! Details on the fb page.
  4. Sorry, i was off by a point. I finally found my teas scores, my overall was an 84 with an 80+ per section. Im just saying that to be competitive you want a higher score. In my opinion. I read that your science teas has to match your science gpa
  5. I believe that you need to have at least a 79% per section to be competitive. You should retake it and wait to apply for the following semester if the deadline is too soon.
  6. its not a long process to get your vaccines and titers done. I had mine done on the same day. :) if you're worried just tell them about it when you call to make the appointment.
  7. that is so ridiculous. Because no one there answers the phone or emails during application time. I remember calling and emailing them to ask about my transcripts. I left messages and no one every called me back or emailed me back for THREE months! Which was clearly past the deadline. It would have been very hard for you to check and see if they had received your transcript. :/
  8. Every other nursing school is only 15 months. Not 2 years!
  9. So the application packet said that we would be the graduating class of fall 2016! What? Why is it so long? Do they break for summer?
  10. :/ my interviewer didn't give me any feedback about how my interview went.
  11. what color are the scrubs?
  12. Who guaranteed that you'd get in? I'm so sorry.
  13. I accepted an offer at UTHSC and we have until August to get everything done. However, it does say on our to-do list that it is due May 8th. (The admissions people said to ignore that due date.)
  14. I mean, it's always better to have a higher score, but I don't think it's that big a deal. :)
  15. my total was 84, so you're all right.
