student visa in canada
thnx for the reply @silverdragon! yes you were right about taking the LPN course. however alot of agencies now adays offer this kind of program for filipino nurses. do you have any idea if canada offers a bridging program like that of australia? i know that nursing is not on the list of noc. but i was hoping to get a sponsorship/ working visa perhaps if not under the FSW visa. is this possible? btw are u in canada and working as a nurse now? =) btw i really appreciate your prompt response in most of the threads here. thank you so much. ive learned alot.

Nursing Programs in Australia for Nurses without clinical experience
i can relate to your friend. im also planning to apply AHPRA however my experience is holding me back. i only have 1yr and 6 mons experience. however i have a known somebody who applied last dec with the same no of yrs experience that i have and luckily she was accepted. i guess aphra is not that strict now adays with regards to experience. the only concern is finding a job after the bp. =( i hope someone can update us regarding the status of those who had finished BP. and their experience in finding a job or a sponsor.
