  1. Hello all, I am planning to take NCLEX exam in IL , so far CES evaluation has already been completed. I have never taken a TOEFL test. However I did complete my nursing education (BSN) back home in English language/text. After reading the requirement from IL BON mentioned here- http://www.ilga.gov/commission/jcar/admincode/068/068013000C03000R.html It says that the TOEFL could be waived if an applicant completed the nursing education program in English (which I did). My CES report also says that i completed education in "English with english text books". Can anyone please suggest if any has gone through the similar situation in IL ? If so what do i have to request the waiver ? Thanks
