    I am posting on behalf of my Texan boyfriend. He is interested in attending school in Toronto for his Masters for NP. He is interested in Acute Care and the universities in his area offer a ACNP program (Acute Care Nurse Practitioner) http://www.uta.edu/nursing/msn/acute-care We're both having a hard time finding this program in ANY schools in Canada, specifically Toronto as that's where I live. Does this not exist or or do the NP programs in Canada also cover Acute Care? Also, he is currently a Registered Nurse. What would help increase the chances of finding a nursing position and being sponsored? He thought of applying through the Federal Skilled Workers list but they removed nurses from the list this year.
