    Hi everyone, So to keep this short and simple, I went to my interview for a nurse tech position last week and was offered the position on the spot. HR called me the next day and I accepted the offer and we went ahead with an online background check. I filled it out and turned it in online. I know that I am clear on everything and it has been about 3 business days since I turned in the background check. I am not sure if they have gotten the report yet or not; I was thinking they would contact me saying I was clear and then here's what we would do next, etc. Should I wait for HR to contact me or should I call HR?
