For example today I didn't get to go home until 7:30(I'm suppose to leave at 6) because I take to long on med pass! Please tell me it will get better, and how long did it take for you to get faster on med pass and get use to the long hours? Theirs just so much to learn, but I can't suck it all in.. All i worry about is med pass these pass 3 days and can't learn anything else because of it!

I have a 3 year old daughter and want to know pros and cons of working nights with children at home wither their dads. Please any advice would help, I don't know which one to choose!
