I am. I'm so nervous! I've heard so many stories, I'm ready to find out for myself what the program is like.

Jae, 23 Wife and mother of 1 PN Diploma, RN eventually Delgado CC Under Charity School of Nursing Starts August 19th 2013 Finish December 2014 15 months Beyond nervous and excited. Was supposed to apply last year but it seems like this was the year I was meant to go because everything is falling into place as far as childcare, finances and my support system. For the longest time after graduating high school I never really knew what I wanted to do and I bounced around a couple of different universities with no clear direction. Now I'm pursuing a career in nursing and I haven't felt a sense of purpose like this in a long time. Congrats to everyone and good luck on your journey!

Same score! And I know, I'm just grateful the waiting is over and we can move forward. Now the real fun begins.

Me too! I'm so excited! Ive had the email since lunch! Was expecting a call. lol.

I'm not sure but when I called they lady said by the end of june. Last year I believe they heard something around the 17? I hope I get in. You are a lock with a profile score that high and I'm confident but you never know. I wish I knew the cutoff score from last year. This waiting has me so frazzled.

Hello out there, I turned in my application to Charity's LPN program a few days ago, my question is, now what? Besides waiting by the phone/mailbox is there anything I can be doing in preperation for getting in? I know I will have to get a physical and the like. And is there anyone else out there hoping and praying like I am?
