I would really love opinions about school. I am currently an RN with my ADN. A couple months ago I applied and was accepted into the online RN-BSN program at Colorado Christian University. I just recently got my information on student loans and can borrow what I think is a very high amount for just one year (summer/fall/spring) when it's going to take 2 years to complete. However, growing up I ALWAYS wanted to be a doctor, and since going into nursing I have felt that I sold myself short and should have gone to medical school. I have patients and even other co-workers tell me that's what I should have done. I even had a doctor tell me it's what I should have done. So...I've checked into several RN-MSN FNP programs and I'm leaning highly to Walden University, it's flexible, books/materials are included in tuition and it would be similar pricing for getting just my BSN at CCU. So now I have a quandary, getting my Masters has sort of always been my plan so going to WU makes sense. But I would love to hear from those that went/are going there. Or those that have any opinion. Thanks in advance!
