  3. Any pregnant/once pregnant floor nurses who are high risk? I found out that I am pregnant and high risk, but I am worried about the toll that floor nursing will have on my body. I have a history of 1 miscarriage and 1 loss at 17 weeks r/t incompetent cervix. I currently work on a busy orthopedic floor. In my head, I think it will be a less physical strain on my pregnancy if I move into school nursing, or case management. Any advice? should I change positions if the opportunity arises? What other nursing jobs will be less physically demanding? TIA
  4. I recently took my NCLEX and failed it. I received my results and scored "Near Passing Level" on all but Basic Care and Management. Frankly, I am terrified to take the NCLEX again, out of fear from not passing again. I know my scores are low but maybe someone can help me figure out a plan? These are my Kaplan scores for the first time . Question Trainer 1: 64 % Question Trainer 2: 68 % Question Trainer 3: 51 % Question Trainer 4: 61.2 % Question Trainer 5: 57.3 % Question Trainer 6: 50.5 % Question Trainer 7: 47.5 % I do want to move on and try again and be better prepared but I don't know where to start this second time. I feel my scores are getting lower and I have been out of school longer (8 months). I was wondering if there is any advice I can get? Or an idea on where to begin again?
