    Why a few candidates are not receiving the results yet to this date? Just like one of my classmates, we both live in Toronto (CNO is is soo close to us), she's still waiting for the envelop to this day. Any idea or opinion?

    CNO is very accommodating. Candidate can still talk to CNO to extend the cut off date concerning whatever circumstances that may face by the candidate.
