Unfortunately in my experience, most places will not hire unless you're certified, but the classes and certification are very expensive and it doesn't guarantee you a job. I looked up reputable medical spas in my area and sent emails introducing myself and explaining my passion for aesthetic nursing. I am fortunate in the sense that I've been a hairstylist for 14 years, so I found a very small office with a provider that has taken me under their wing and has shown me the ropes. I wonder if they are waiting for final grades for the spring semester.... I wish they would hurry because my kids daycares are already doing their fall schedules and I need to let them know of my new work and school schedules for the fall. Fingers crossed that letters come soon!!

I applied as well....I called Tuesday and was told letters should be out mid-May. It sounds like the admissions office isn't too sure..... All this waiting is making me crazy!!
