  1. Awesome! What a great inspiring story. Congrats again and good luck with your program.
  2. Thank you everyone for your feedback. I forgot to mention that the course is Human Biology. It is actually a pre-requisite for me to get into Human Anatomy so I'll have to take it either way. I'm going whatever way that's easiest and convenient for me. At my school, Anatomy and Physiology are two separate courses. The reason I chose to take Physiology first was because I had no available time slot to take Human Biology next year.
  3. Hello muirite, Yes, there is a school that's about 10 miles away that offers the class. My only concern is would taking bio prior help out with physio. I wouldn't mind going the extra mile to ace my classes. Thank you for your responses!
  4. Hi everyone! I would like to start off by saying, I am a new member to the site as of today and it is my pleasure to be among all nursing students here. I look forward to reading all threads about your advice, tips, and personal experiences throughout your college years and into nursing school! I truly apologize if this is written in the wrong section of the thread. Moving on to topic, can any nursing students here give me any recommendations or advice on whether I should take Physiology before taking Biology? Is Biology the root of Physiology? Does taking Biology prior help me get a better grade in Physiology? I am currently registered for Physio (for fall 2013 because my school does not have any Bio classes flexible with my work schedule) and my school does not require Bio as a pre-req for Phys. I need some advice because I don't want to sign myself up for failure. Thank you very much! P.S. I apologize if this topic has already been discussed in the past.
