    I work as a Nurse Manager of the Adult MS and CC float pools in a midwest hospital. I'm looking for information on incentives for your float staff. Are they paid more to float, if so how many units and how much more per hour? Is it just a bonus? Do you have weekend only options? what kind? how do they work? Do you use a tiering model for the float pool if so, can you share it? I know a lot of questions, but I am looking to revamp our current float pool and would love any/all information you can share with me. Thanks in advance.
