It's me again. I've been to Excelsior's online bookstore --- Whew! Does anyone out there know of any places to buy new or used text books for Nursing classes, A&P, Micro, and Lifespan, at a discount? Thank you all again :)

Hello All~ I have just learned about "Distance Education" through a friend at work, by asking a bunch of ?'s, and by reading posts. I think that I will go directly thorough Excelsior, but I am worried about the clinical. I am not a new grad (finished in '00) and have only been working for about 4 months, in LTC. So far the main thing that I have learned is that I don't want to be in 'the home' any longer than I need to be (working or living, if you catch my drift), but the hospitals in MN are phasing out LPN's. Is the clinical portion of Excelsior passable for the AVERAGE student? I am running out of time, energy, and $$$ (not necessarily in that order) and hubby would be P'd big time if I didn't pass and had to pay $1600 x 2. Any feedback before I enroll would be greatly appreciated, and thank you in advance :)
